Kai Offers “Beach Spring” in Worship

LSM Student Kai (LSM 2025) played Beach Spring, an LSM Hymn Tune Project arrangement, during the Offertory at Peace Lutheran Church in Salem, OR, on September 21. This new arrangement by Liturgical Composer in Residence Anne Krentz Organ was commissioned for the 2025 LSM community.

LSM worship staff welcome the opportunity to be part of a “liturgical laboratory”; we are proud to make music composed during the summer available to the wider church through the LSM Press. This arrangement is available for nearly every common instrument, and is broken into movements that can be performed together or individually, as needed.

Kai also played “Jericho” as a postlude.
